Dr. Amir Qureshi

Dr. Qureshi (known as Dr. Q) is a leader in pain management and rehabilitation. His mission is to provide each patient with comprehensive, multi-disciplinary care that is based on a culture of compassion and accessibility. Dr. Qureshi has staff privileges at Arkansas Surgical Hospital, St. Vincent Infirmary, Little Rock Surgery Center, Bradley County Medical Center and Baptist Health Center.

Dr. David L. Harshfield, Jr. M.D., M.S.

Dr. David L. Harshfield, Jr. has been studying regenerative cellular medicine since 1981, when he graduated from UAMS with Honors, and has become a leader in cellular medicine. He is a Board certified Radiologist with specialty training in NMSK, Ultrasound, Interventional Radiology and Cellular Medicine. He is Director of the College of Integrative Medicine, Advisory Board Member International Cellular Medicine Society (ICMS), Chairman of the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of the ICMS and a Board Member of the American Association of Orthopedic Medicine (AAOM).

He provides training and educational support to regenerative medicine physicians and allied health care specialists, and has lectured extensively in the U.S. and internationally. His combined experience in academic medicine and private practice has resulted in a unique, diverse approach to imaging, diagnosis, teaching, therapy and research.

Dr. Harshfield is an expert in the field of regenerative cellular medicine, speaking to and training physicians around the world on the healing properties of regenerative cellular therapy. His integrative functional medicine approach optimizes patient and family centered health care.
