this is my constant fear. I have nightmares from a prisioner that will get out. he tried to kill me, has killed before and had 16 yrs but just in 3 yrs went up for parole!! thank God , he did not get out this time, but any year he might. I have told he is very dangerous, not only to me to others. once he is out again, he will hurt someone else. I truly believe he will come for me again. the DCC puts him in a lighter faculty. he needs to be with others like himself. I feel for the family of this man. I pray they finally get peace and closure. I hope one day that the DCC puts the victims and potential victims in their minds when they let them go. If not for the parole board LISTENING, he would be out doing and giving chaos now.

Who is gonna get the Murder charges? Even family pets can go off of the deep end when the 'Wild' comes out. Of course everyone just says oh that dog was a gentle family pet.

Don't kid yourselves we are headed that way anyone due to putting up with to many we can't afford why doesn't anyone think we deserve compensation from the countries they come from? Why don't they go back they aren't all afraid we visit many of there countries for our vacations- Why because its easier here- because they have succeeded in minorities living and producing for free at the few who pays expense- I'm glad I'm middle aged I don't want to see what's coming- Read the bible it is there-.

I bet the tune would be quite different if we cut welfare for those not on birth control and gave food rations except to the old with health problems and babies with stamps for certain foods and the rest rice beans few canned veg and fruit and powdered milk- bet then more would want the jobs we give away for more to join the welfare dependence- on top of that please don't spew it wouldn't be unhealthy- they can't/won't eat healthier proof in the pudding now- of everyone having to give up cakes at school and cookies so everyone can have canned peaches so heh canned peaches for everyone. And I know I've been in many situations and when I worked my *(* off I had less than welfare and foodstampers every month to spend- been there to no wonder everyone thinks there great- best I've had even working 60 hour weeks and no housing or welfare.

Well what crime got him 60 years? Sounds like a plea t avoid death, but all these other arrest and they didn't respond to the parole request to be investigated? Why do we have and pay for them if ignored, if it was my son I wouldn't be near so kind as what to remember would you? Sounds like that Paula Cooper getting out after stabbing someone for $10.00 she avoided the death penalty that was her second chance period. It wasn't an accident,it wasn't love or anger it was evil without motive- and personally I wouldn't want her living in my state or neighborhood- reform? $10.00 33 times 78 yeas old? Explain that- yes the woman was old- that is the point helpless- she could have locked her in a closet- gave her a sleeping pill or tied her up but no 33 stabs was what she got- and you think she needs to be free for taking some classes and for a time prevented from harming others!

Was never a more desperate situation for the jury to get to the truth about what happened. Honestly if the evidence is there of sexual assault, I would have a hard time voting guilty. If there is more to the story, I sure hope it comes out BEFORE the verdict.

The only decent thing left is for Beebe to ask for some resignations.

Why does the education department need a chief of staff? Aren't there assistant commissioners who take care of their own staff?
