Chanley Painter

Chanley joined the team in January 2016 as a Legal Analyst and Former Prosecutor offering in-depth insight during the Beverly Carter murder trial. She also serves as a KARK 4 Today and Fox 16 Good Day morning live reporter.

Chanley is currently a practicing attorney and former Arkansas deputy prosecutor who is also licensed in Tennessee. Additionally, Chanley is a highly sought after model who has enjoyed numerous acting, commercial, and movie ventures.

After graduating Summa Cum Laude from the University of Central Arkansas with a degree in Political Science and a minor in Speech Communication, Chanley attacked a law degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, earning herself a place on the prestigious Law Review Editorial Board. She graduated law school with Highest Honors while also attending the William J. Clinton School of Public Service, earning a Masters Degree in Public Service, a program which included travel to Rwanda, Africa to work with the Rwandan government in 2010.
 
Chanley is a classically trained violinist who's won multiple talent awards, including the 2004 Old-Time Arkansas State Fiddle Champion. She has also performed on the “Grand Ole Opry” stage and in China as a featured soloist during two concerts with the Fuzhou Symphony Orchestra.

As a former Miss Arkansas USA, Chanley placed in the Top Ten at Miss USA 2009 live on international television. Chanley is also a former Miss Teen Arkansas-America and a Liberty Bowl Queen. Along with the crowns, Chanley worked hard to earn a Black Belt as a skilled Martial Artist trained in sparring, one step fighting, forms, board breaking, and weaponry.
