Cheesa Parham is a Regional Emmy nominated reporter/producer for FOX16 News.
Cheesa comes to FOX16 from KTVE-TV in Monroe, Louisiana where she produced and anchored the weekend newscast for Northeast Louisiana and South Arkansas.
During her career, Cheesa has reported on then-Senator Barack Obama’s visit to Little Rock and the gubernatorial election where Kathleen Babineaux Blanco became Louisiana’s first female governor.
Cheesa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Radio/Television News from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro. While in college, Cheesa worked as a production assistant for KASU 91.9 FM. Cheesa is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority.
Cheesa was born and raised in Fordyce (Go Redbugs!). She is proud to bring the news to her home state of Arkansas.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading, bowling, and spending time with family and friends.
