Jeremy Baker, FOX16 Weekend Meteorologist
Jeremy Baker is the Weekend Meteorologist for FOX16 News. Jeremy joined FOX16 in November of 2005.

Jeremy came to FOX16 from Kennewick, Washington, where he served as Meteorologist and Fill-in News Anchor for KNDU-TV (NBC). In addition to forecasting and preparing daily weather reports, he developed an aggressive program to educate elementary students about meteorology in a game show format. In only two years time the program reached over 12,000 students in Washington and Oregon. Prior to moving to Washington State, Jeremy spent time in his home city of Philadelphia where he worked as a Weather Assistant at WTXF-29.

Jeremy attended college at Penn State University in Pennsylvania where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism and served on the Campus Weather Service. He also served as President of the Penn State Glee Club, in addition to being an active member of the elite Hi-Lo's men's chorus and the Varsity Barbershop Quartet.

Jeremy also attended Mississippi State University in Starkville, Mississippi where he completed the school's broadcast meteorology program. Jeremy is an active member of both the American Meteorological Society and the National Weather Association. He also holds both the prestigious American Meteorological Society Seal of Approval and the coveted National Weather Association Seal of Approval.

In his spare time, Jeremy likes to stay in shape by bowling, in addition to running and weight training.  He is also an animal lover and an active supporter of the Humane Society of the United States.

Jeremy looks forward to his time in Arkansas and is ready for whatever Mother Nature has to offer.
