Josh is a reporter for FOX16 News. He joined the team in August of 2010. Before FOX16, Josh reported in North Central Florida.

Born and raised in Rockville, MD, Josh is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Journalism.

Josh covered a little bit of everything while reporting in North Central Florida, from budgets to bulls on the loose (really). He's also the recipient of a 2010 Associated Press Award for investigative reporting as well as a 2007 Society of Professional Journalists Mark of Excellence Award winner for "Pumped Up," a two-part radio report on steroid use at the University of Maryland.

Josh also interned at WTEM-SportsTalk 980, a Washington, D.C. sports radio station. That's the internship that gave Josh the chance to cover most of the Washington Wizards' 2006-2007 regular season and playoffs. He'd go into the locker rooms before and after games, interview players, and edit the best sound bites for the next day's broadcasts.

When Josh wasn't doing journalism-related stuff growing up, he was either working at Camp Airy, a summer camp where he spent over a decade as a camper and counselor, or he was working at the Elias Wilf Corporation, a flooring distributor that was always willing to let Josh work up a sweat in its warehouse.

He's thrilled to be in Arkansas and would love to hear from you about anything you think needs to be covered. You can email Josh at jrosenthal@fox16.com.
