Field Services Technician
USA Compression is one of the largest independent providers of natural gas compression services in the United States. We are looking for qualified Field Service Technicians to join our outstanding team in the Searcy, Heber Springs, or Conway areas. Field Service Technicians are responsible for the execution of USA's maintenance plan and the ongoing servicing of USA Compression equipment. Which include Caterpillar 3300 to 3600 series, Waukesha, Ajax natural gas industrial engines and Ariel compressors. With minimal supervision, the technicians maintain customer relationships, perform scheduled maintenance and are the first line of support for troubleshooting and all repairs. Technicians are responsible for being on call weeknights with weekend rotations. Must provide basic hand tools and at minimum have a high school diploma. Candidate must have a strong mechanical background, professional attitude, clean driving record, work as part of a team, and have good communication / interface skills with customer field personnel, onsite vendors, and other USA Compression team members. Customer Service Job Description
In this position, you would work in a fast-paced, intense, results-oriented environment. Your main responsibilities would be
handling inbound customer calls while using a computer terminal, researching and resolving billing inquiries, explaining our
products and services, and troubleshooting service and equipment issues.
Our representatives work with others to promote an environment offering 100% customer satisfaction. Each rep handles
45-50 calls per day with scheduled breaks and lunches. We have full-time positions available.
This department is open from Sunday - Saturday. Work schedules do rotate from time to time, some holidays may be required, and overtime is offered on a volunteer basis.
Customer Service Specialist Training
Training and transition is paid at your regular pay rate; Training is 7 weeks in length: Monday – Friday. The training schedule is -5:00pm. Transition will follow for 11 weeks in length: Days & Times Varies. Once transition is complete you will need to be able to work any 8 hour shift from to any day of the week.
