Job Description: Keep abreast of all campaigns, factory recalls and service bulletins as well as educating appropriate personnel with this information. Ensure proper shipping/receiving of all warranty parts. Ensure that all warranty paperwork is properly documented and that all verifying criteria needed by the factory/distributor are processed correctly. Conduct regular meetings with factory/distributors to review any issues with component failures and/or warranty payments. Provides administrative and clerical support by typing correspondence, filing and distributing documents and spreadsheets. Assists with the completions and tracking of recalls and campaigns. Provide support to maintenance department by reporting, analyzing and researching warranty information that support corporate objectives and business decisions.

Title: Network Operations Center (NOC) Analyst I

The NOC Analyst handles alerting of network problems and works to resolve them. He/She analyzes the problem and, depending on problem complexity and resolution time constraints, either solves it or seeks help. The NOC Analyst utilizes support from technical experts within the organization and third parties, as required, to resolve a problem. He/She takes responsibility for handling incidents and following them through completion or escalation. Upon successful resolution, he/she finalizes the task according to company policies for incident management. Job duties also include recording the problems encountered and techniques used to solve it for future reference.

NOC Analysts should be capable of solving a variety of network problems, including those that may not have standard resolution methods. In such cases, NOC Analysts should be able to apply methods based solely on their own technical knowledge. This position requires a person who can think ahead so as to implement proactive measures. Ability to grasp information in several formats, including print, verbal and pictorial representations, is important.
NOC Analyst I must demonstrate excellent technical knowledge with a minimum of 1 year of IT support experience and be proficient in the following skill sets:

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS  Windows Server 2008 Technologies and Active Directory  Microsoft Exchange  ISA and/or TMG  Cisco router and PIX firewall operations in an enterprise of various WAN scenarios such as a frame, point-to-point and secure VPN over the internet  Thin client technology such as Citrix and Terminal Services  Use of network management software (HP SIM, SCOM 2007)

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS  Must be available to work a varied shift schedule  Perform network trouble-shooting to diagnose and isolate complex network problems  Must be able to multi-task, have outstanding analytical abilities, and work in a fast paced environment  Project management methodology and change management  Be highly motivated  Have excellent written and verbal communication skills  Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
 High school diploma or equivalent.
 Associate’s Degree in IT preferred.
 Minimum Microsoft or Cisco certifications preferred.
