Lowe's is hiring 40,000 new workers

In tonight's Job Alert, spring is Lowe's busiest time of the year and to handle all of the extra business, the home improvement giant wants to hire 40,000 seasonal employees.

wondeful 40,000 people will have a job now so we should soon hear 40,000 less complain about food,work, and money

dilligaf: u r so right everyone on welfare and unemployment should be first. the ones who don't take the job cut off everything. Someone who won't work let his belly get empty sooner or later they will figure it out and know that the only way to feed that hunger is to GO TO WORK!!

These places that are hiring in numbers like this should be required to hire from those without a job, on unemployment or welfare first. With the number of unemployed people, there are surely 40,000 qualified to work at Lowe's. And anyone that is on unemployment that refuses a job, get their benefits reduced or totally cut out completely. That would do two things. Save tax dollars on welfare benefits and put 40,000 unemployed people back to work.
