Pryor: Simple, low-tech flood warning system needed

The flash flood catastrophe at the Albert Pike campground in Southwest Arkansas has multiple agencies, even Senator Mark Pryor trying to find a way to make sure nothing like this happens again.

I have a couple of "low tech" alarm systems that rely on water power to warn campers by way of old fashioned klaxon or bell array...who do I need to send these two ideas to to implement them?

Speaker systems would be the way to go...balderdash about wanting to escape "noise"--drowning or being swept away by a tornado, killed or injured by severe weather is NOT a desired option! And yes we SHOULD rangers posted to these remote locations
