For bacon lovers, it's never convienent to cook the greasy stuff. But if you have a microwave, you may be in luck. The new microwave Bacon Grill claims to shave several minutes off cooking the morning treat. But is it a deal or a dud?

Ahhhh, bacon. Who can resist this tasty treat as we wake up for the morning. The big problem about bacon is that it takes so long to cook, typically around 10-15 minutes. But there is a new product on the market that can cut that time in half.

Introducing the Miracleware Bacon Grill, a small white tray designed to make your bacon worries a thing of the past. All you need is a microwave, this tray, and of course some bacon. And you're good to go.

Christi, who is an avid FOX16 viewer, wakes up almost every single morning to make bacon for her sons.

"During the summer, it can get really busy in the mornings and I still want them to have a hot breakfast," says Christi.

After a quick glance at the directions, she put three strips of bacon on the tray. She placed a couple sheets of paper towel on top. And in three minutes, chewy chunky bacon!

"Oooo...very hot. Let's peal it back. Not too bad. It's a bit crunchy, a bit chewy but good," says Christy.

Christy also likes the fact that it is easy to clean, too.

So, is it a deal or a dud? "I think it is a deal," says Christy.

If you think the bacon grill will be a deal for you, you can buy it Bed Bath and Beyond for $8.99.
