when the batteries get low the can opener stops part way through the opening process and you need a blacksmith to get it off. I thew mine in the trash where it belongs...

My boyfriend only has one hand so this gadget helps him out alot. When & If it doesn't release the lid I push the reverse button at the bottom.

My boyfriend only has one hand, so it helps him out. Sometimes when I use the one touch it will not release the lid. I have to push the reverse button & pull & it'll release.

I had one and it's a piece of JUNK!!! Wish I could get my money back and someone would spend time saving people money by testing these types of things before they hit the counters! It worked ok, before I had to change the batteries. Never worked again. Total DUD!

Ours quit working after we changed the batteries. Of course, we checked to make sure we had put them in correctly. So we call it a DUD!!!

I liked my One Touch, until opening a small can. It would not release the can and we almost had to destroy it before we got can out. Took back thing and got our money refunded. Bobbie

I LOVE MY "ONE TOUCH" ; BOUGHT ONE AFTER THEY FIRST CAME ON THE MARKET...WOULDN'T USE ANYTHING ELSE...TAKES A LITTLE LONGER BECAUSE IT CONTINUES AFTER IT HAS CLEARED THE LAST BIT OF METAL...HAVE GIVEN AS GIFTS AND THE RECIPIENTS FEEL THE SAME WAY....WONDERFUL DEVICE. DOROTHY
