With spring coming to a close, it's time for more of the natural foods we love in the summertime. It's time to put one of our most asked about as seen on TV products to the test, the Topsy Turvy.

"Planting a garden and trying to take care of it is backbreaking work. And after that, your tomatoes can still end up on the ground and spoiled. Introducing the revolutionary Topsy Turvy, it grows your tomato plants, upside down."

Many of you have asked about this product, the Topsy Turvy. Its something related to gardening, so who better to go to than Gregg Curtis from the Good Earth Garden Center. Gregg has already used it so he showed us how to put it together.

Just like he did before, Gregg started from scratch, opened and prepared the product, then added a step of his own.

“Jeremy instead of having this amount of roots there, when you snip all those off, all those little hairs turn into roots,” says Gregg Curtis.

Makes sense! But I insisted on helping with the rest of the process, inserting the plant, filling it with dirt, and hanging it up.

"So we've seen how you put it together, now you've been working on one for quite a while, lets go see how that one looks," says Jeremy.

“They started showing up about 10 days ago, and we've been fertilizing this, and I think it says in the instructions about every two weeks, and that's what I've been doing," says Gregg.

Like a pro, Gregg followed the directions, and you can see the results!

"Okay Gregg, lets say you're not an expert gardener, you're just the average person at home, you want to plant this on the patio, how do you think it would work out?” asks Jeremy Baker.

“I think it'd be great for the average person on a patio or a deck that doesn't have room for plants and tomato plants. You're going to get plenty of fruit, more than you'll ever need,” says Gregg.

So is it a Deal or Dud? “I'd say a deal,” says Gregg.

If you think the Topsy Turvy will be a deal for you, you can order it online for $19.99 plus shipping and get two planters, or you can get it at Walgreens for $9.99 for one planter.

Next Friday, we put the Bumpits to the test. The makers say they will give you that Hollywood hair, making your hair bigger, fuller and more voluminous! But is it a deal or a dud?
