The only problem with the Jupiter Jack is other persons who may have their radio tuned to the station can hear your caller on their radio also. It is good for about three car lengths away. Not sure the possibility but it can happen.

This is merely an FM Transmitter like those used for you Mp3 Player of iPod, excet it only transmits on one station. Now obviously you will need a way to plug it in, if your phone doesn't have a headphone jack your out of luck, that's not rocket science, but the reason may be that have Bluetooth on your phone, in which case you need either an FM transmitter that supports Bluetooth or a car radio that does. You could also use a standard FM Transmitter for another device as I mentioned above and have more channel choices. The other factor is going to be how strong of a receiver your car radio has and the distance from the tranmitter to the radio.

Not all cell phones have a place for the Jupiter Jack to be plugged into. For example, I have a Samsung A637 and I don't have a spot to plug in headphones.. or the Jupiter Jack! What are we supposed to do then?

I also bought it and have mulitple types of phones and F.Y.I. IT DOESN'T WORK !! Piece of junk !

I bought one of these things. It didn't work at all on my phone, a Verizon HTC, so we tried it on my husband's phone, a Samsung from AT&T and finally were able to make a call, but it was so full of static you couldn't understand the conversation. It may work well on some phones, but it DEFINATELY isn't as compatible as they claim.
