Quick action by the Marine Patrol on Lake Hamilton helped Garland County Deputies track down two men, now accused of theft by receiving.
Deputies received a call about a boat illegally docked in the 100 block of Woodstock.
When deputies contacted the owner, he said he left his boat locked up in a storage shed.
Deputies believe two men broke into the shed, hooked up the boat and towed it away.
Marine Patrol deputies tracked down the men and the boat along the 200 block of Overview.
They arrested 23-year-old Frank Madison and Timothy Madison, and charged them with two felony counts of theft by receiving.
