Our secondary weather app of the week is called the PING Project. It's part of project the National Severe Storms Laboratory is putting together and they need your help.
Basically you'll input precipitation information using the app in order to help them better understand how to adjust their radar for certain types of precipitation like snow, hail, rain, soft hail, etc.
