Children at Camp Aldersgate in Little Rock had an awesome time scuba diving, many for the first time.

These children have a wide range of disabilities but that didn't stop them from having great summer fun.

There's even more excitement tomorrow. The campers will "fly through the trees" on a 240 foot zip line.

Camp Aldersgate is a non-profit organization that serves children and youth who have medical, physical, or developmental disabilities.

Wedding Health and Safety Tips

Health officials with the CDC want people to be prepared for their big wedding day.

The CDC put up a tongue-in-cheek blog post this week with a wedding season survival guide.

Tips include keeping a kit stocked with safety pins and sedatives, and being supportive of stressed-out brides.

It also says keep an eye on the sky, because -quote- "just like you know the risks of putting feuding family members in one room, you should also know to check the weather report."

People who quit smoking may gain more weight than they expected

Researchers analyzed more than 60 studies on weight change among people who quit smoking. After a year, most gained between 8 and 11 pounds.

Now experts hope to identify which people most likely to gain weight after they stop smoking.

Of course, the benefits of quitting far outweigh any risks that come along with the added body weight.
