LITTLE ROCK, AR -- According to the American Pregnancy Organization, the Natural State ranks 34th in the country in infertility, and many families in Northwest Arkansas are struggling to find support when dealing with infertility issues.

Rochelle Boyce is a dula, or caregiver for expecting families, and even though she is surrounded by pregnancy on a daily basis, she  struggles with intfertility herself.

"We were really kind of devastated when all these tests checked out and they were like, 'we really can't find a reason why you're not getting pregnant,'" Boyce says. "For me that was way more difficult for me if they'd had something specific, so we spent the next two years being in this unexplained infertility category."

Rochelle is also behind a movement to give support to families facing infertility struggles.
