Flu shot and pregnant women; sleep and heart disease; Vitamin D study
The Arkansas Department of Health is encouraging all expectant moms to get a yearly flu shot. There's a new possible risk factor for heart disease that you may not have ever thought about: lack of sleep. Can increasing monthly doses of vitamin D reduce the frequency of colds in healthy adults?
