Heavier men appear more likely to survive a particular from of cancer.
A new study involves an aggressive form of Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma called large b-cell lymphoma.
Some research links obesity to a greater risk of developing this form of cancer.
But researchers found men who were obese at diagnosis had only about 2/3 the risk of dying than men of average weight.
Still, it's not clear why heavy men survive longer.
Boosting Brain Power
Studies show having breakfast in the morning benefits your brain.
The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics says a nutritious breakfast helps with concentration, problem solving and provides energy.
While people who skip breakfast often feel irritable and tired.
Experts agree a good night's sleep is key to feeling alert.
Doctors recommend scheduling some time to move around and give your brain a break throughout the day, especially if you're doing the same task for several hours.
