The federal government says some kids have had multiple surgeries because of punctured intestines.
All because of Bucky Balls.
The popular toys are being now recalled being recalled after several children swallowed them.
This summer, the consumer product safety commission sued the makers, saying they are dangerous for children if they're swallowed.

Bananas are packed with complex carbohydrates.
And whole grain cereal with skim milk will get you your vitamin B6.
Also B12 is found in seafood, particularly clams, oysters, and mussels.
