The CDC says high-risk behavior for skin cancer is common among young adults.
In two studies by the CDC and the national cancer institute, results showed half of the people -- between 18 and 20 -- reported at least one sunburn in the past year.
Another report found indoor tanning is common among young adults.
The highest rates are among white women between 18 and 21.
Dermatologists say younger adults need to realize a tan may not be worth it - in the long run.
Alarm Clock issues
The sound of your alarm clock in the morning may make you fat!

Scientists looked at people 16 to 65-years-old.
They discovered sleeping patterns, along with other factors, like age and gender, are a good predictor of body weight.
One take-away from the study is to try to maintain a regular sleep schedule.
It might be good for your health in the long-run.
