A new study suggests men from divorced families have a higher chance of suffering a stroke than men from non-divorced families.

Researchers at the University of Toronto found adult men have a three-times higher chance of suffering a stroke if their parents were divorced before they reached age 18.

Scientists say they can't pinpoint a reason for the connection.

The study also found that female children of divorced families did not face that increased stroke risk.

Pain Relievers and Burns

Topical pain relievers may ease muscle and joint pain, but the food and drug administration says the products could cause burns.

The FDA says some people have reported mild to serious chemical burns from using products like Bengay, icy hot and Flexall.

In some cases, researchers say they caused burns after just one application.

Some were serious enough to require hospitalization.

The FDA advises people not apply pain relievers on damaged or irritated skin.

And don't use a heating pad or hot water bottle along with the pain reliever.

Yosemite Hantavirus

Officials from Yosemite National Park now say a total of nine people have been infected with the hantavirus after staying at the park.

Three people have died of the rare, but serious illness.

Hantavirus is caused by contact with the urine, droppings or saliva of infected rodents - primarily deer mice.

The centers for disease control and prevention has said that up to 10,000 people could be at risk after staying one or more nights at Yosemite.

Officials closed cabins linked to the outbreak in late august, and they are closed indefinitely.
