FOX16 and the U.S Marshals are working together to the Arkansas’ Most Wanted off the streets.
Jack Piel Holmes, 55, was arrested again for for violating his supervised release again. He was already arrested earlier this year after we first profiled him on this segment.
Marshals say holmes was supposed to be under supervision at the city of faith half-way house when he just walked away.
