U.S. Marshal's have arrested a man who was convicted of sexually abusing a child in 1997 and then failed to register as a sex offender.

Marshals say 43-year-old Jimmy Bowman was found Monday morning in an old school bus on a dead end road in North Little Rock near Oak Grove Elementary and was arrested.
