U.S. Marshals have arrested John Howard. Howard was wanted to violating his supervised release and the underlying charges of manufacturing counterfeit obligations and aiding and abetting.
Howard was arrested on November 23rd. He was located at a friend’s residence where he had been hiding for the last two weeks. He was taken without incident and transported to the Pulaski County Jail.
