Joseph Melvin Lewis, who was wanted by the US Marshals for Possession with Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine, was arrested by the Arkansas State Police in Brinkley, AR.
A Fox 16 viewer contacted the US Marshals and Lewis was apprehended shortly thereafter without incident.
