Halter incorporates non-profit for campaign

LITTLE ROCK, AR – Former Lt. Governor Bill Halter announced Wednesday that he has filed articles of incorporation for his non-profit “Bill Halter for Arkansas.

The first step towards his run for governor will allow the candidate to organize and finance his campaign.

Halter says a formal campaign announcement will be made at a later time.
