Because they're not adults. IF they decide to charge them as adults then they will release their names. Whether you like it or not it is the law. Why ruin a person's life by plastering their names all over the news only to later find out it's a mistake? Why do people want ruin someone's life before their proven guilty? Just because they were arrested doesn't make them guilty, except in the minds of ignorant scumbags.
