Ark. court splits in nighttime search warrant case

The Arkansas Supreme Court says law enforcement officers acted in good faith when they searched a trailer at night because they thought children might be in danger.

Since when has most of them cared if their were children there or not. No they should not be allowed to bust into peoples homes in the middle of the night. I suppose the ones who backed out of voting didn't have what it takes to say it was wrong and it was.

for the children's safety huh??? that's why cops barge into people's houses, guns drawn ready to shoot at anything that moves, without even worrying whether or not children are in the house..This sets a bad precedent...I'm all for the cops taking out the dope dealers but when you do it "unconstitutionally", that's another ball game.
