I wish Arkansas lawmakers would focus on the ECONOMY and JOBS. When the lawsuits pour in, the courts will uphold Roe v. Wade.

I feel that I am slowly losing all of my rights. First the government says I HAVE to have insurance, excuse me but I would love to, how about making laws to make it affordable?? Then they are going to tell me when or if I can have an abortion (not that I believe in it or would want one) Now they are dictating what kind of tatto and body piercings a person can have. These are all small rights of choice which are being taken from us. Where is the out cry for that? What will be dictated next? Wasn't this country founded due to a government forcing their views on the commoners?? Wake up!!!!

If a criminal can be charged with two counts of murder for killing a pregnant women only 14 weeks pregnant then why wouldn't an abortion be considered murder? Does this double standard just not register in the minds of liberals? I think this would be a great defense for anyone challenging this soon to be law.

This is the same man who recently said he would sign off to end capital punishment, but supports aborting an innocent life.

Beebe may be able to cite BS loopholes from Supreme Court judges regarding abortion, but he will be able to do so when he meets the ultimate judge, God. Good luck explaining this one to him Beebe.

Beebe/Obama, where in the Constitution does it say anything about abortion, only in the liberal minds of politicians who like to think all things in the constitution have to be exlained to the poor weak minded voters!!!

There is a higher One that governs right and wrong, not the Supreme Court. It is killing someone when you stop a heart beat!
