Crews on the Scene of a Large Plant Fire in Harrison

The fire broke out this morning at Pace Industries around 9:30 a.m.

HARRISON, Ark. -- A large industrial fire started around 9:30 a.m. Sunday at Pace Industries in Harrison Arkansas.

All employees have been able to safely evacuate the building.

Early reports from the Harrison Police Department say that the entire roof of the building is on fire.

A smoke plume can be seen from several miles away.

The entire Harrison Fire Department has been called in to battle the blaze.

Officials have shut down the Interchange on south bound Highway 65 because of the fire.

It is still unclear if anyone was in the building at the time of the fire.

According the company's website, Pace Industries specializes in die casting for appliances, automotive, construction and more.
