Ethics Committee Suggests Hot Springs Court TV Show May Be a Bad Idea

"The proposal raises significant risks of impairing the prestige and dognity of the court..."

LITTLE ROCK, AR- A Judicial Ethics Advisory Committee has advised a Hot Springs District judge that there are numerous problems with the proposal for a TV production based on his court's proceedings.

Law professor Howard Brill has listed a number of potential problems with the idea.
