LITTLE ROCK, AR – A Fort Smith man was sentenced to two years in prison for making harassing phone calls to officers with the Tennessee Wildlife Resource Agency.

According to the Department of Justice, James Mitchell Hicks, 33, began harassing the wildlife officers after he got into a boating accident nearly Lynchburg, TN and was charged with boating under the influence.
