LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) — A maker of steel joists in Hope is dedicating its upgraded factory.

Gov. Mike Beebe is to be on hand for a 2 p.m. ceremony on Monday at New Millennium Building Systems.

New Millennium bought three facilities from Commercial Metals Corp. when it was phasing out its joist operation. The company invested in equipment upgrades.

Monday's event is to take note of that investment and the jobs that New Millennium kept in Hope.
