LITTLE ROCK, AR - A Harrison man is a double winner in the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery.

Joe Clark was headed to the claim center in Springdale today to pickup his Arkansas 50-50 winnings of $5,385 when he made a quick stop.

While at the Kum & Go store on E. Robinson, he bought a winning Fast Play $5 Arkansas Progressive Jackpot ticket. It turned out to be worth $8,689.

Clark bought the winning Arkansas 50-50 ticket at White Oak Station #25 on Highway 7 N in Harrison. He said he would be paying bills with his winnings.

Fast Play is a quick and easy instant-style game generated through the lottery terminal. Arkansas 50-50 is a raffle-style draw game exclusive to Arkansas. Drawings are held on the first Tuesday of every month.

All net proceeds of the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery go to fund college scholarships for Arkansas students at in-state two- or four-year institutions of higher learning.
