LITTLE ROCK, AR - Gregory Judge, 50 of Houston, TX, pleaded guilty Monday to threatening to injure a case worker at the Polk County Department of Human Services.

According to the Department of Justice, Judge called the case worker in October about his child, with whom his parental rights had just been terminated. During that phone call, the DOJ says Judge threatened to “blow up the DHS offices and kill everyone in the building.”

Judge faces up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
