Photos on Cell Phone Leads to Malvern Man's Arrest in Bryant

BRYANT, AR - The Bryant Police Department says its Criminal Investigation Division continues to investigate a case that led to an arrest of a Malvern man for having explicit child photos on his cell phone.

Police say Justin Brown, 25, was being questioned on Tuesday by its investigators for an unrelated incident when the photos of young girls were found on his phone.

Brown was arrested and charged with two counts of Possession of Child Explicit Conduct and Use of a Communication Device to Commit a Crime.

He is out of jail on $10,000 bond.
