Pine Bluff Firefighter Killed in Traffic Accident

Caleb Satterlee, 24, had been with the department just over two years.
PINE BLUFF, AR - Pine Bluff Fire & Emergency Services mourns the loss of one of its firefighters.

In an afternoon news release, PBF&ES stated that Caleb Satterlee, 24, was killed around 5:45 this  morning in a collision with an 18-wheeler near the Lincoln-Drew County line.

Firefighter Satterlee was a full-time firefighter with PBF&ES since February 2011 and was currently in training to become a certified Hazardous Materials Technician, the news release said.

“Caleb will truly be missed,” Fire Chief Shauwn Howell said. “Our thoughts and prayers are with his wife (Amy), family and friends.”
