Pine Bluff Man Wins Big Twice in Arkansas Lottery

Billy Bealer won a $250,000 Natural State Jackpot, then another $1-million on an instant ticket.
LITTLE ROCK, AR - Luck has struck twice for a Pine Bluff man who played the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery.

Within the last two weeks, Billy Bealer has won two large cash prizes.

He first won the July 27 Natural State Jackpot grand prize of $250,000.

Soon after, Bealer bought a $20 instant "$1,000,000 Riches" ticket and won its top prize.

He bought the winning NSJ ticket at the 28th Street Citgo and the winning $20 instant ticket at the Shell Food Mart 5.
 
In other lottery news, tonight's Natural State Jackpot has reset to $25,000 after someone won $85,000 in the August 12 drawing.

Tonight's Mega Millions jackpot is at $36-million and Wednesday night's Powerball grand prize is $50-million.
