Ticket Sold in Morrilton Wins Record Natural State Jackpot

The winner bought it at Tobacco Corner Plus.
LITTLE ROCK, AR - A ticket sold in Morrilton has won a record-setting amount in the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery's Natural State Jackpot (NSJ) game.

The winning ticket that matched all five numbers (5 - 10 - 25 - 27 - 37) was bought at Tobacco Corner Plus.

The winner’s name will be revealed when he or she arrives at an Arkansas Scholarship Lottery Claim Center in Little Rock, Camden, Jonesboro, or Springdale to pick up their prize.

All Tobacco Corner Plus players are urged to check their tickets against the five winning numbers.

The Natural State Jackpot’s one-dollar tickets first went on sale on August 27. The first jackpot win was on September 13, with a $100,000 prize claimed by a Mountain Home player.

The Natural State Jackpot is sold exclusively in Arkansas. Lottery officials say the game has delivered on its promise to fund scholarships while producing regular big winners here at home.

Since the first NSJ ticket was sold, and before last night's big win, Arkansas players had won eight jackpots with these amounts:
  • $100,000
  • $120,000
  • $ 50,000
  • $ 35,000
  • $ 95,000
  • $ 80,000
  • $210,000
  • $155,000
In total, Arkansas players have won more than $2.25 Million in prizes on this one game, in jackpots and lower tier wins.

NSJ drawings are held at eight o'clock every night except Sunday. Tickets must be purchased before 7:00 p.m. to be eligible for that night's drawing.
