The Kopper Kettle is offering a cash reward for its return.
VAN BUREN, AR - A symbolic antique copper kettle has been stolen from a local candy store.

Measuring 6 feet wide and more than 3 feet tall, the Kopper Kettle's giant fixture that stood in front of its store on the Alma Highway, has disappeared.

The Kopper Kettle has been making candies in the same location for over 50 years. The missing kettle has been there all that time.

On Tuesday, the store announced that the item also seen as a symbol of the community, was gone.

Kopper Kettle owners are offering a cash reward plus some of the store's sweet products to anyone with information about what happened to the kettle.
