Drivers cautiously eye rising gas prices

As of Sunday gas prices were $0.14 higher than they were last week, bringing the national average for regular unleaded to $2.21 a gallon. But does that mean we're destined to pay $4 a gallon again in the near future?

It doesn't matter what we do. If we decrease our useage Big oil will cut back on oil drilling or gasoline production just to keep the prices high. Why does the cost of a barrel drop and gasoline cost goes up? Answer: Because they can!

gas price now vs. gas price when oil is where it was last year at almost $150/barrel is up... way up. at this rate, the price/gal will be well over $6! actually, it will be in the $6.63/gal neighborhood.
