In 2009 Alabama running back Mark Ingram won the Heisman Trophy.

Current Crimson Tide running back Trent Richardson finished 3rd this season, but many feel he'll be a better NFL player than Ingram.

In their careers, the duo helped Alabama win 2 of the last 3 BCS National Championships.

Forget a recruiting pitch, Nick Saban can let his numbers do the talking, especially to potential running backs.

It should come as no surprise that North Little Rock junior Altee Tenpenny committed to Alabama at the Crimson Tide's Junior Day.

Razorback fans wanted him in Fayetteville, and Red Wolf supporters hoped he would pick Jonesboro, so you might not like his selection, but you can't blame him.

Running backs flock to Tuscaloosa the same way Wide Receivers line up to play for Bobby Petrino and Quarterbacks can't wait to get under center for Gus Malzahn.

There are 374 days until Tenpenny has to put pen to paper, changing his status from "commit" to "signee", but right now it looks like he has found the right fit.
