Source says Green will be eligible to play

A very reliable source tells FOX16 that Arkansas transfer running back Broderick Green has been given good word that he will be able to play this upcoming season. He is now awaiting final confirmation from the NCAA. We're told that confirmation should come sometime next week.

The former Pulaski Academy ground gainer spent the past couple of years at USC before making the move back south to be closer to his family. He would bolster what appears to be a much improved stable of running backs for Bobby Petrino. Stay tuned to FOX16 as the story continues.
