Sunshine will be hard to come by again on this Monday. An upper level low will continue to swirl clouds over Central and Eastern Arkansas today. Meanwhile temperatures will slowly warm up to the low-mid 40's. Tonight the clouds will slowly shift eastward, which will allow temperatures to sink to the low 30's. As for the rest of the week, we'll see the sunshine come out and help temperatures climb out of the 40's basement and reach the 50's.
