Clouds finally clear out Tuesday as high pressure builds in, but temperatures stay well below average. A cold front arrives Wednesday bringing another shot of cold air for the second half of the week. A storm system will approach by Friday bringing rain back into the area. Temperatures may start off cold enough that some mixed precipitation is not out of the question, especially North.
