Areas of dense fog with less than one quarter mile visibility likely through Thursday morning, followed by partly cloudy and mild conditions for the afternoon with highs in the mid to upper 60s. Mostly cloudy overnight with lows around 50. A storm system will approach from the West Friday bringing a high chance of some rain and storms. The greatest threat for strong storms across Central Arkansas will be during the evening into the overnight hours on Friday ahead of the front. The primary threat from storms will be strong wind gusts and hail, although a tornado threat may also develop. Storms will clear out Saturday morning, with a threat of another round of some storms mainly for Eastern Arkansas on Saturday. For more on the threat for storms Friday, take a look at the FOX16 Weather Blog . Cooler, more seasonable air will follow the front for Saturday night into Sunday and through the early part of next week.
