Heating Back Up

A gradual warming trend making is making it feel more like mid-Summer, but another cold front is heading our way.
An approaching cold front from the North along with an upper air system over Mississippi will bring a few showers and some storms into Arkansas Wednesday. A few showers are possible during the morning hours across mainly Northern and Western Arkansas, then scattered showers and isolated storms during the afternoon. Most showers will diminish during the evening hours, but a few will linger overnight as the cold front moves through. The front will clear Arkansas by Thursday morning, bringing slightly cooler and drier air in, but nothing like the record cool from last week. Staying dry Thursday and Friday, with hotter temperatures by the weekend. Another Summer cold front is likely to move through by early next week bringing back cooler than usual temperatures.

Wednesday: Partly sunny with showers and thunderstorm possible mainly for the late afternoon and evening. Highs in the low 90s.
Wednesday Night: Mostly cloudy with a shower or thunderstorm. Lows in the lower 70s.
Thursday: Early clouds then partly sunny and becoming less humid. Highs in the mid to upper 80s.
Friday: Mostly sunny with highs around 90.
Saturday: Partly sunny and hotter with highs in the mid 90s.
Sunday: Partly sunny with an afternoon thunderstorm. Highs in the mid 90s.
Monday: Partly cloudy and cooler with highs in the mid 80s.
Tuesday: Mostly sunny with highs in the upper 80s.
