Hot Weekend

Little change is in store for Saturday with lots of sunshine and afternoon highs once again around 90. An isolated shower or thunderstorm is possible mainly for Eastern and Southeast Arkansas. Sunday remains hot, although an isolated late afternoon or early evening thunderstorm is possible mainly for North Central and Northwest Arkansas. A weak cold front will push into the state by Monday with a few showers and thunderstorms around, but the front washes out with little in the way of any cooler temperatures. Severe weather chances with the front will be minimal. Signs are pointing towards a stretch of even hotter weather heading toward Memorial Day Weekend
